I am pretty sure you checked under connectivity and made sure the lights were on?
Idon't run stock on any of mine, so I can't say for sure if they do light up.

HI.
That seems to only control the front panel lights.
Not the LAN activity lights that flash near the ethernet cables on the back.
Don
ps thanks anyway
Someone on another page is using this command:
mfg led all on
I don't know how to send those commands to the router. I am on a Mac. I have Terminal.
Don
If you are trying to send that to the router running stock, stock has no telnet or SSH available.
Hi beic. Did you follow the steps on this link to Access the Storage setup menu? Also, is this how you check your device connected when you're Mapping a Network Drive?
I have the EA7500 with 2.0.7.191563 firmware, It doesn't show that I can even turn off IPV6.
Am I missing something? or did the firmware update take away the option.
I have sneaky kids, they actually figured out how to control the router and were turning on and off parental controls with thier tablets. Try changing the login password to the router (not the wifi password)
Hi Mark,
I don't need to Map Network Drive, I just need the Network Share what I already have and it's working correctly, my question was about the device driver what can't be found!
Do you have the missing driver for Windows 7 SP1 64-bit?
Kind regards,
Viktor
Please help, I do not know much about networking so please bear with me.
The network works flawlessly until I lose power and my ISP does not come back up.

Hardware Version: | Archer C7 v2 00000000 |
When we lose power my ISP is often out for days. When we reboot all the devices on the network do not talk to each other. I cannot reach other devices on the network such as the printers.
I have a single AC 1750 providing all network services. All my devices connect to it wirelessly, except the printers and a Raspberry Pi 3B+.
My Primary DNS is 192.168.0.201 which is a Pi-Hole (https://pi-hole.net/) advertisement blocking server running on a Raspberry Pi 3B+. The secondary DNS is 8.8.8.8 which is a Google Public DNS server.
I am using the AC 1750 as my DHCP server which is configured to 209.18.47.61 which is a Spectrum (Time Warner) DNS server. It is configured to issue address from 192.168.0.161 to 192.168.0.199. DHCP on the Raspberry is disabled.
My default gateway is 192.168.0.1 which is the AC 1750.
My WAN default gateway is: 98.122.128.1 which is a Spectrum server. I am not specifying a Primary DNS or Secondary DNS on the WAN setup page of the TP-Link.
Everything on my network is wireless 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz both in Mixed mode.
I don’t have a clue what to adjust so that the Lan is available during ISP outages. It appears that the power outage is significant, perhaps the devices forget their IP addresses or those of devices around them?
Below are screen captures from the AC 1750.
Any guidance would be gratefully appreciated. THANKS!! Craig

Hi Ricoba. Express forwarding is a built in software that gives the Linksys router capability to bypass protocols that add extra overhead to the router processing. It is basically another term for Hardware acceleration (NAT acceleration).
Jan 2019. Forgot to mention that my 3rd router was fine. Also may not have mentioned they were all refurbished. Since getting the 3rd router. everything has been great. No reboots, no dropped connections. This things puts signals to my 3700 sq ft 2 story house just fine. Very satisfied. Continuing the decades old year linksys tradition... !
I have the same username and password for both the 2.4 and the 5+5GHz SSIDs.
What isolataion. any devices that do not have parental contorls enabled never face an issue just the five that are contolled.
As said before I cannot predict when it will opccur so do not understand what other tests you want me to do.
I have about 15 wireless devices (not all on at the same time) and 1 wired device connected to the EA9200, 5 of the wireless devices have parental controls enabled. WHEN the 24*7 blocking starts, it is only for the 5 devices wth parental controls that get blocked. the blocking can start at anytime.
The last tiem it occurede the devices were working after the blocked hours and then later in teh day it started blocking them.
Hence I say it is some type of buffer overrun that stes a flag that does not get cleared when you turn the parental controls off and on again. the only clear solution is a reboot so far.
I will try to remove the parental controls from a device and see if that makes a difference.
I like seeing the lights to know a connection is working.

same think happend with me with linksys x6200 but with firmware build 19 not with build 18
and ping in 192.168.1.1 get Time out !
fixed it by manual ip address in local area connection
ip address : 192.168.1.2
subnet mask : 255.255.255.0
Default gateway : 192.168.1.1
and some time happend with OpenWrt in TP-Link W8970 ( need reset in OpenWrt 18.06.1 ) but the TP-Link W8970 v 1.2 i buy it from 2014 now is damage becouse OpenWrt Not easy/Good the Same Offical Firmware !

when you install firmware OpenWrt 18.06.1 need to Downgrade to 17.01.6 ( this not Accept By http://192.168.1.1 ) and this need USB TTL and Damage your Devies.
Hello, I have a confirmed 200 mbps incoming from my ISP
My Max-Stream AC2600 is only putting out 64 mbps.
I completed a factory hard reset, and it work for a few days, but then it went back to 64 mbps
I only have about 12 items on the router.
I believe this update may have caused this issue.
I dont know what else to do, at this point.
Is there an update or patch out there ?
Advance, Thanks
So this is my SWITCH plugged in my router. You can see bright yellow LEDS that flash as data flows through.
I want that back on my router.
Help?
Don
