I can confirm the router is rebooting. It's rebooted 3 times today. That config page was helpful with verifying this via the up time. Now, to figure out what's causing the reboots.

In that case you have a rouge DHCP server on your network. You may have to go through all your devices one at a time to find out which one is running the second DHCP server.
