Furrynutz - It is not. It is this SMART-ROUTER junk of Linksys, that breaks good hardware with weak software. Leaves user's networks open by keeping the routers attached to Linksys's (Amazon Cloud) servers. We are al sitting ducks for some tech at Linksys that leaves a weak passwordto one of the machines, that then goes up and out to all of your perosnal networks, with software that alreadys snoped on networks, so they know what you are running - This is to "support" the iphone app. Basically, are routers' software by design is a Bot-Net for Linksys, Updates are handed out and routers start to run new code. It is currently their good graces that we are not bit-coin mining for them, or a DoS attach. But we are all one password way for that experience. Thank you, Linksys (or shold we really use Belkin?).
Please Linksys/Belkin get off-off-the-dime and finish what you "promise" on your box. OpenWRT support. They are waiting on you to get it right, both legal and content.
