Aside from your phone, have you experienced this to your other devices? If so, do you have internet directly to the modem? If your computer is online behind the modem, then download the router's firmware from here: http://downloads.linksys.com/downloads/firmware/FW_EA3500_1.1.39.145204.SSA.zip After that, connect the same computer to the router's port 1 and make sure that it's the only device connected to it. Access the router page and update or reflash the device's firmware. Once done, reset the router 30 seconds and turn it Off. Connect the modem to the internet port of the router and turn the router On.
