Ok so today, I factory reset the router, reloaded FW, factory reset the router again, and set up from scratch. I configured what I needed, IP reservations, set DMZ for my VoIP device, Mixed modes on both radios, Mixed Channel Width, manual channel 6 on 2.4Ghz and 48 on 5Ghz. Media Priority enabled for xbox 360 connected to DIR-868L in bridge mode. Will see if tis happens again. 
I saved configuration to file this time.
