Do you get any error message when connecting the XBox 360 Slim to the router? Try changing the 2.4 GHz channel to 6, 9, 11, or 1. See if that helps.

The HP Printer has it's own SSID which mean it's own wireless network probably for direct printing. You may not be using that feature and could disable that in the HP settings.
