EA2700 Bridging issues

Hello, could use help with this. Which I felt should be super easy.

Had a guy purchase a Linksys EA2700 router. He is in an office where the landlord has a Brighthouse (Motorola) modem that connects to a Edgewater 200 series router, that appears to be for VoIP. Then into a Netgear 16-port switch and then out to all desktops and phones. The Customer(tenant) wants the linksys EA2700 plugged into the netgear 16-port switch. So I proceed to setup the wireless, wireless security, guest wireless & security then into bridge mode. I didn't do static ip because I don't have access to other equipment which is owned by landlord. So I did, obtain IP address automatically, then saved "bridgemode" settings. I then plug the cable from the netgear switch into the 4th port on the (bridged) linksys (not into the internet port). Funny thing is it runs for 24hrs or more then drops internet.

Am I missing something. Although I don't have access to the modem or edgewater settings. I figured setting up in bridge mode is safest bet.
