i just spent an hour on live chat and just as the agent was telling me what settings to use the live chat closed for the night. So i was already not pleased with my router and now i am just PO'd .... my husband purchased the WRT1900ac several months ago. my son hasn't been able to use his XBOX 360 since. I looked at some of your messages and tried the various settings no luck. i turned off the firewall as the agent suggested but that didn't work because just as she was telling me i had to verify an ip address and how to do it she cut out.
Can anyone help me correct this issue so my son can use the XBOX 360 again?
