I followed your advice exactly (here is what I did for the record):
- I factory rebooted the router (held red reset button on back for 30s, removed power, waited 20s, restored power, allowed router to reboot).

- I logged on again and manually replaced/re-entered all of my prior settings in the following order:
DHCP settings, then DHCP reservations, then MAC address filters, then wireless settings, and finally "Media Prioritization" settings.- I made sure to give the router time to recycle with each new setting adjustment.
- I logged off, then logged back in and have been able to confirm all of my settings are now correct and functional.
- I backed up all of my settings to a local file.
