After deeper debug found problem that
new Date() equal to Thu Jun 19 2014 02:16:42 GMT+0300 (Финляндия (лето))
you can see that it contains Cyrillic symbols, that cause a problem
But IE has the same symbols and it works, with chrome no![:smileysad:]( "Smiley Sad")
