Thanks, but what does "alladd o,s disabled" mean?

And why does this require another factory reset?  Do we have to reset the router every time we want to access the admin page?  Doesn't that delete all the effort we've gone through to set up the router?  like naming the network and assigning an easy-to-remember password, and cloning our computer's mac address?
