>>Hi theboz23, what is the IP address of your Verizon modem/router
192.168.1.1
>>How did you connect your Verizon device to your Linksys router, is it LAN to LAN or LAN
It is LAN to LAN. I thought LAN to WAN was only if setting up bridging. The Verizon router can not be set in bridge mode since it has to handle routing for FIOS set top boxes.
>> then you can use the Media Prioritization settings
I can do without the prioritization, but what I really bought this router for was for the USB sharing and the Media Server.
I can mount a drive on the USB and run the Media Server but do not have real control over either. Although the Media Server (and the FTP server) can see the drive, the Windows network can not. I can not upload files to the Media Server and can not do much else with the settings. Looks like the router is expecting to be the main router on the network or else not much works.
Is there any way around this???
