How unfortunate. Not to worry, when you receive your unit it'll be all smiles when you unpack it and configure it. The unit has worked well right out of the box!!!
In regards to BB their return policy is 15 days and I agree that buying thru the linksys online gives you a cushion for returning it. Honestly the unit is built well and don't expect it to fail anytime soon. It appears linksys has put the time and effort to put out a first rate product. Let's hope this will be an upward trend for them.
