If you're getting 192 Mbps speed with the EA4500 with PPPoE, that's really good. The max speed is around 250 Mbps under ideal conditions without PPPoE.
The 100 Mbps PPPoE speeds that I mentioned earlier might be on the EA3500 instead of EA4500.
If your looking to get a refund on the router, you should call Linksys and tell them you bought a router that was marketed and advertised as gigabit WAN and can't come close to those speeds especially not with the overhead with PPPoE. Even without overhead from PPPoE, the best you could hope for is 250 Mbps.
