I'm guessing you have the FIOS router as your main router and have it as your DHCP server for your network. If this is the case it's best to reset the EA6900 back to factory default to remove it's connection with Cloud Connect if you set it up that way.

 

Then add the EA6900 in a LAN to LAN configuration as described below:
