Well, for me it was easier than that! I had been trying to sign in as admin and leaving the password blank as I had read on some site. Then I tried leaving the user name blank and admin as the password, and voila! The Management screen popped up. I changed the router back to what it was named before, retyped the password, saved it all, and I am now back in business. Now I just gave to go back to all my devices and TIVO to set it right. In the end, much simpler than I thought. Hope it works for others. And the URL should still be 192.168.1.1
