Hi cruachanjoe, have you tried changing the wireless channel settings on the router? Also, have you tried to update its firmware or reflash it? If so, and the same thing still persists, then yes, you may have to contact them back again and tell them that you would want to have the device replaced. You may just need to tell their Support team about all the things that you've tried to do before they can declare the device as defective. Goodluck!
