This was taken from my local lan, hitting the SmartWiFi webpage. Linksys support seemed aware of the growing number of issues when I spoke to them, and they had no answer for what I was seeing (no choose file option for firmware). I could not complete their troubleshooting as I needed to be home to confirm model and serial numbers off the chassis, and I was at work.
Starting to look into this again tonight, but in the short term I have turned off auto update and CTF and have not experienced any issues yet.
