Update: OK here is what I found, I cannot log into the router if I have not run the CD setup on that Windows machine. But I can access it just fine from my Android tablet.
Here is a screenshot of the web GUI on Windows 7 where I HAVE run the CD Setup (only after running CD Setup could I log in on this PC)
As you can see here I have NO problem login in from my Tablet
It will not let me log into the web GUI on my Windows 8 PC where I have NOT run the CD Setup
