Hi Jaysun169, if you already reset and reconfigured the router but it's still the same thing then you may need to upgrade or reflash the firmware of your router. Download the firmware from Linksys site then connect your computer to router Ethernet port:1,2, 3, or 4. If you have other devices connected to the router, please unplug it. Access your router UI then upgrade/reflash the firmware. Once done, reset the router for 30 seconds then turn it Off. Connect the modem to the internet port of the router while the router is still Off. Leave your computer connected to Ethernet port, then turn the router On. Access the UI again then reconfigure it. You may follow the steps from Linksys Knowledge Base to guide you.
